1.新型钢-混凝土组合结构、FRP复合材料结构；

2.装配式钢结构住宅、建筑工业化；

3.竹结构。

主要科研项目及角色:

1.国家自然科学基金：矩形高强钢管混凝土柱抗震性能及FRP增强机理研究，主持；

2.国家重点研发计划项目子课题：低成本装配式复合材料-竹结构体系研究，主持；

3.中国博士后基金项目：端部约束矩形高强钢管混凝土柱耐火试验及抗火设计理论研究，主持；

4.国家重点研发计划项目：村镇装配式住宅生态化结构体系研究，项目骨干； 

参与国家自然科学基金、天津市科技支撑计划等多个科研项目。主持和参与多个装配式钢结构体系设计、结构加固及抗震分析等工程实践项目。
